Credit Card Issues?

Every month, if you do recurring, you are sent an email from 2CO.com with all the information you need to either click on a link to update the card, or to call customer service. Check your junk or spam folder!

We use a third party encrypted company to ensure the safety of your card. Here's the link to 2Checkout.com where you can manage your card.

There is also a PHONE NUMBER, 1.877.294.0273 for customer service if you wish to talk to someone who can assist you. It's helpful if you have the email receipt with your sales ID. Otherwise they will ask you for pieces of your credit card and billing to find you in the system.

To cancel your subscription contact us below. We can stop your credit card payments on our end or you can do so on your end. Just know we do NOT have access to your credit card (for security reasons) and updates to expiration dates, or changing cards, need to be done through 2Checkout.com above.
