I seek to help couples reconnect with each other, typically after a relationship has been strained by issues such as an affair, a loss, or a history of conflict and poor communication. Especially if there are children involved, I believe that all marriages are worth trying to save unless there is violence or other abuse happening. I also offer premarital counseling for couples who want to start out right and decrease their chance of divorce. I am a Certified Gottman Educator for the Bringing Baby Home program which helps couples transition into parenthood. I do offer individual and family therapy in my practice as well.
